She has many a roles, a daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, mother-in-law and grand mother....Yes; we are talking about today’s women who have steamrolled into power, proving themselves in every sphere of life. Taking a paradigm shift from the hitherto oppressed and dormant image, she is all and out for a complete make over and that too all simultaneously with élan. Although, she has always been an indispensable part of the society, the time has arrived when their contribution is being recognized. She rocks the cradle at the home and is a businesswoman in the board room. She is no longer 'just a ‘house hold job lady.’ They are touching skies, transpiercing space, rubbing shoulders with the men in all fields. However, despite all the enthusiasm, lot is needed to be done, enabling them to enjoy the real women's empowerment. And it is not a Herculean task; we don’t have to ponder any formula for their eternal elevation rather just recognizing their, submissiveness, humility, will come handy for them. If every woman in this world is given the self respect and education, which they deserve, this world will be a perfect place to live in for them. All these are wished for them on this Women's Day.

Even Men has to play many roles like son, brother, friend, husband, father, father in law and grand father. There is no difference between men and women in role playing.
