Dirty Pot or Clean One?

Now this may seem like a weird question however I want to see if I'm the only weird person out there or if I'm more on the normal side of coffee drinkers.
I want to know if you prefer a dirty (meaning you can see the old coffee stains on the bottom) or a clean coffee pot.
Personally I hate it when the coffee pot is brand new or looks that way, I think the coffee tastes better if it's had a least 1 previous pot baked into it.
Please let me know how you feel!

I don't "wash" the coffee pot every day, but I rinse it out. So I guess, dirty.

I'm the same way I don't wash out my pot I just give it a good rinse with hot water before filling it up for the next pot.

Mine has to be clean...I tried letting it go one day and not washing out the pot but I couldn't do it....it has to be clean for me.

I can understand how some people just need it to be clean because that's the way my wife is.
