I have a few The Sound of Music (Christopher Plumber and Julie Andrews - I actually just got finished watching it a few minutes ago - I probably watch it half a dozen times a year. You are probably already familiar with the plot it is such a famous story, Friendly Persuasion, Carey Grant is in this one, and Marjorie Maines - about a quaker family and their struggles with the quaker ways in the face of the civil war. A very delightful movie. My Fair Lady, with Audrey Hepburn - a linguist makes a bet with his scholarly buddy to reform a street urchin flower girl into high society all poise and manners. Rossini's La Cenerentela (with Fredrika von Stade)This is the opera of Cinderella. This particular one with Fredrika Von Stade is the absolute best, it is incredibly funny! the acting is superb as is the singing. Rossini would be very pleased. La Bella e Vita - a newer film about a man and his son being sent to concentration camp on his son's birthday, the mother insisted that she be taken too, so they were all there. the man does not want his son's innocense to be stolen so he pretends that it is all a great big game for his birthday. it is charming, funny, loving, sweet, sad, joyous....I watched it in Italian first not knowing that there was an English option. then later watched it in English. I prefered it in Italian for the inuendos, but I do not speak Italian, hehe.

Every time "Witness" comes on my dad has to watch it. He does the same thing with "Shawshank Redemption" and "Roadhouse." You read that right - "Roadhouse!" With Patrick Swayze. I have no idea why he finds that movie so fascinating.

To me it appeals to horror and threiller. The 1° that raccomande it is the crow, I once watch it approximately every 2 months, then all those of Dario Argento, and the movie drawn from the books of S. King

Devil's Advocate because it is so well enacted. What is right, what is wrong? Fantastic. Has Al Pacino, Keanu Reeves. From the point of an actor doing a damn good job I can't go past Eric Bana in Chopper. (The movie is a bit shocking though for me!)

Scary movies! Oh, wow. You must be brave enough to watch plenty of them. There are some which really bothers me and hence, I find it difficult to sleep immediately after watching a gruesome one.

as of the moment... i would recommend TRISTAN and ISOLDE. the actress is british can't remember the name, the actor is james franco (the best friend of spiderman in the movie, harry)... i love tristan and isolde for many reasons. It is set in the dark ages, after the fall of rome but you can understand the story unlike some films. though they say that tristan and isolde is like Romeo and Juliet in a lot of ways. i would disagree, the movie has a deeper meaning than that of a family feud. some say that it is a true story. but i guess we'll never know. i hope you'll like it!

Well, i can reccomend you a few movies here. If you like really effed up movies, i reccomend "Pi" and "Requiem FOr A Dream." Both are directed by Darren Aronofsky. He's a really interesting director. If you like fantasy movies, go with Harry Potter. They are pretty cute, even though the acting is terrible. Of course, Pirates of the Caribbean movies are amazing. Pretty much anything with Johnny Depp (other than Ninth Gate) is going to be a good movie. Phantom Of the Opera if you like musicals. This is a truly beautiful movie.

Die Hard 3 my friend. Why it is good? continues action, some humor, unpredictable plot, story about friendship develop from between 2 different person. Bruce Willis and Samuel Jackson made the movie ticks. I still want to watch this movie again and again!

This is a strange question to me. I read a lot too and I tend to reread books that I like - many times for some. But when it comes to movies, I don't like watching them again. :P

If anybody ever heard of Tan Sri P.RAMLEE from M'Sia, I love all of his movies. International? I would prefer something like Braveheart - Mel Gibson. It give me some sort of spirit after watching it.

I like "Pirates of the Caribbean," starring Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, and Keira Knightley. Both part 1 and 2 I think are great, and Johnny Depp is the greatest!

Hmm..I love this movie called American History X. It's about racism in the US. The stars? My all time favourite Edward Norton (the cop in Red Dragon) and Edward Furlong (the kid in Terminator 2). It's very touching..a little bit violent, not recommended for kids. Have fun!!

Well i guess it would be ridiculous if i mentioned the movies in my regional language and say anything about them. But those are the movies that i enjoyed much and like to see over and again as many times. The movie that i never felt like boring is Pokiri and story revolves around a police in undercover and kills all the mafia in the end. Actor is Mahesh Babu and Actress is Iliana. The actress is very sexy and i like her seeing on and on. Songs are my favourite.

The only movie that I have watched over and over again is Star Wars. I have watched all the episodes at least more than 6 times and would watch again whenever there is an opportunity to do so. The original episodes 4, 5 and 6 are the best!
