Fat Builds up due to starvation !!!

People who skip breakfast, trigger a starvation mode in the body. Not having even a small bite for more than 4 hours also triggers it !! What you eat later goes into more storage as fat due to this. Cheer up all ye overweight friends, you can eat and be slim.

yes the blood sugar levels in the body are then quite low when people neglect to eat something. Then they tend to compesnate by eating something very sugary and high in calories which although giving an immeditae rush will very quickly dissipate leavin them feeling more tired and sleepy.
