Do you read body language?

Or do you listen more to what the person is saying?
I tend to read the body language first then listen second.

i listen to wat the person saying cuz thats wats important i mean he could say something imp while u were lookin at his/her body language and u wud miss that so dats dumb

You probably read body language when listening to someone anyway, for instance you know if someone is lying because of the way they move their hands or avoid eye contact.
I didn't mean I don't listen I meant both at the same time, but I always trust the body language first. Sorry if it was unclear.
