I am happy to say that in 2 days i have reached 35 points , but i can assure you all thath i can do better. all i need is a good anti virus and anti spy ware support ,
Please reffer me those sites from where you have down loaded your anti virus software and any other Precautionary measure you take to keep your computer free from those hazardous things.

hi AVG is a good protection but i dont know if its still free do a search and see or just put free virus protection in a search and see what it comes up with. I use on that comes from the cable company that i'm with Norton is also very good but i found it did conflict with some programmes and Mcaffee is also a good one i'm not sure if you can get these on a trial basis hope this helps tc

I use Avast anti - virus. A free download from Alwil software, and Microsoft's Windows Defender for anti - spyware. That's a free download from Microsoft - but only if you are running genuine Windows Operating System:)
