HAPPY First Day of SPRING!

Hi all mylot friends. Just wanted to pop online
during my busy week and to wish all mylot friends
a happy first day of spring, which is today march 20th!
I am still very busy i am hoping after tomorrow my crazy week will slow down. I got 4 training sessions in last night on ChaCha in a half hour. I might try to crack down and finish my last 11 on thursday night. For here i am about 48 or so more posts till i hit 500.. wooohooo.
anyhow i will probably have the free time this weekend to catch up here. i got some discussions done last night while waiting in between my training sessions.

Yay! Spring! (Technically, it doesn't start until 8:06 pm EST, but who cares?) I love spring. It's my favorite season. Twelve years ago I got to experience it twice in one year... I was living in Vancouver, where spring comes early, but after Easter I moved back to Ontario, where the spring weather was just starting. Ergo: two springs!

So glad you're taking a break and wishing as all happy first day of spring. Happy spring to you as well. I hope your weather is spring like. Here in Canada tomorrow (21st) is the first day of spring but weather wise...end of may is spring. My son was born May 3rd and it has snowed every year !!

LOL well I guess my calander is from the states..ok, now I feel silly...but how can spring start a day early here...I mean we are only a couple hours difference in time....ok well either way I've made a bit of fool out of myself so I'll stop typing now...lol.

I think it may also have to do with the moving up of the day we turn our clocks ahead for day lights savings time. I think that also had something to do with the first day of spring changing. I dont know. If i did i would be a weathermen and be making more money at my job LOL LOL LOL.

Actually today the 20th is the first day of spring, maybe its just in the states but all the local weathermen say its today at 8:07pm today.

Thank you - happy first day of spring to you too. Here it is actually looking like spring might be coming today. The sun is shining, the snow is disappearing more and more. Spring is not likely to really fasten her grip yet though. I am sure we will have some more winterdays still. But I can hardly wait for spring to really get here now!

Yay Spring!!!!!!! I am hoping that no more STRANGE weather comes this way---I am still looking at some snow (though most of its gone bye bye thankfully). Glad to hear that Cha Cha is getting done--keep plugging away at it and you will be done before you know it. I have finally reached my 200 mark--would love to be to 500 by the end of the week. Don't work too hard and have a good rest of the week---oh and Happy Hump Day :-)

Don't forget--we get a free (FREE!!) Rita's water ice today (3/21)! I'm so excited now because it's getting warmer (we're scheduled to hit 70+ on Friday!). It was actually 3 days in one for me...1) the first day of spring, 2) my best friend's birthday and 3) the anniversary of my mom's passing. I couldn't get into myLot yesterday, so I was a bit bummed, but I'm back with a vengeance! :)

Happy First Day of Spring right back at ya! My dad was arguing with me earlier saying it WASNT the first day. So I looked it up online. I guess some years it falls on the 21st and this year on the 20th. All the seasonal days vary each year which day the begin on.
Oh just 20 more I see till you hit 500. The only real mile stone and you get to copy and paste. Which is fun and comes in handy on occasion.
So happy spring and have fun with whatever you are doing this week :))

Thanks for reminding me. Altough, I have had such a mild winter here in Florida, that is it already like spring now.
The only thing I miss about not living in Michigan is how glorious Spring is there. (You can keep the snow, though). I also missing those short couple of weeks in the Spring when the Lilac bushes bloom.

florida huh. I have a aunt and uncle in Palm Harbor and my cousin is in Holiday and they always call here when we are freezing cold and snow and brag about how nice it is down there LOL.

Thanks for reminding me that spring has started. I didn´t even realize. It´s unusually cold and windy where I live, after a winter with springweather.
Don´t overwork yourself and "happy first day" of spring to you too.
