most effective tretment of oa is physiotherapy in early stages. it consist of proper diet and exercises. exercises can reduce pain as well as helps in increasing the muscle strength.

One thing I learned was,no Drs. usually diagnose in the early stages.(at least in my case)I have OA in multiple joints,my knees were dislocated 50+ of times(ankles too).So the damage was done.
It is always good to exercise and eat right to be healthy.I did not take care of myself when I was younger.
