Before going to Meditation i wanna talk about our Lifestlye the word lifesyle is a Complex word that consists of various activities that includes 1, Eating 2, Dressing 3, Behaviour in the society 4, Using Advance electronic apparatus 5, Earning money with great hard work 6, Spending time with Family etc etc.... the above activities are always necessary and we will enjoy some Happyness both Mentally and Physically But hidden Point is that type of happiness is Temporay in nature.SO we should struggle for the Happiness which should be Forever..... The Happiness which is Permanent that can be got by doin(((((((((((((( Meditation )))))))))))))) what is Meditation???? It can be defined as "Attention with out any tension" is known to be Meditation How to do Meditation??? How many types of Meditations are there??? How much time we have to do Meditation???any one knows of these questions could u discuss about these things Please come forward about this express wat ever u know............

I often do a type of meditation called biofeedback. I swear that within minutes of starting biofeedback I start to feel calm, relaxed, and at peace. The type of biofeedback I do involves putting electrical sensors on my fingers. The sensors are then connected to the computer and it monitors your energy levels and heart rate during each meditation exercise. I've found this to be a very useful tool and it has helped me a lot.
