finding a site I ran across

I ran across a sight a couple of days ago that asked for a small fee of $6.00 to join and they put your name at the bottom of a list of six and as others join your name makes its way to the top and you are getting paid along the way. What I would like to know is if any one can refer me to a sight like that. I know I should be sceptical but I still want to check it out anyway
