There is wide spread rumour that aliens helped egyptians in building pyramids....whats ur opinion

I think it is an interesting concept. People have been saying that aliens helpe dout for years (maybe even decades). I don't think modern science has been able to prove how the Egpytians knew how to build the pyramids, perform brains surgery and plastic surgery, and be so advanced whan the rest of the world was so far behind them.
