I am upset because my darling daughter is unwell .. I am too low

I couldnt come on mylot yesterday because my 10 month old daughter is not keeping well .. I am so low and am not able to concentrate anywhere else .. shez is sleeping right now due to medications probably but otherwise she is not leaving me even for a minute She just wants mumma to hold you all the time ... I am not able to do any other work .. doctor says she is dehydrated and has lost quite a signicant amount of weight .. if she doesnt recover by tomo she might to be admitted to the hospital .. i am worried and depressed .. my daughter has never had major health issues .. what should I do ?? nothing seems to brighten my mood .. i just cannot bare her crying :(
