Do We Get Paid By Rating Photos Here?

Do we get paid by rating photos here? I heard we get paid .01 cents for ever photo we rate. Is this true?
Also, if we add a photo/image when we start a discussion (not the one related to the interest section) do we get paid for that too? If so, how much?
Last, how much do we get paid when someone uploads our pic from the interest section to use for their interest avatar?

From the last post that I read the answer is yes, you get paid for uploading photos. I'm pretty sure you get paid for best post too.
Well I have to go off and upload photos and rate photos.
