can't feed my kid good food

i'm having trouble feeding vegetables and other healthy stuff to my 3 year old girl. All she eats is fried chicken and fish and rice with lots of sweets. She didn't use to be like this. Are there any tasty healthy stuff in groceries i could give? How can i make ky daughter eat veggies?
