What do you think of Instant Noodles?

I think it is a great invention. You just need to boil a pot of water, add the noodles and seasonings and there a quick meal. You can also add meat and vegetables to it to add variety. It's fast and if you don't mind the MSG, I think it's great. I think it's ok if you eat them in moderation. What do you think?
