Maintain your physical and mental health and be high spirited and happy to maintain healthful living. Have positive attitude in life. Eat the right kind and amount of food at the right time. Have sufficient exercise and sunshine to stay healthy. Keep yourself and surroundings clean. Avoid depression. Mix and talk with people.

Have a positive attitude. You won't be able to enjoy a healthful living without adopting the positive attitude. If you have the negative attitude, you will be depressed and life would be heavy and even if you eat plenty, that would not matter, you still remain unhealthy. Have the right kind and amount of food eaten at the right time, sufficient exercise and sunshine. Don't drink intoxicating drinks and don't eat anything bad for the health.

No smoking, no drinking. No fatty foods and salty foods. Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables. Do brisk walking. Take frequent rests in between activities.

My idea of a healthful living is to follow all that is advised by authorities on the subject matter. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily, sleep 6-8 hours daily, exercise and have sufficient sunshine, and eat the right amount and kind of food at the right time. Think positive also.
