Look For A Video

I saw a video, not sure if it was on cops or disorderly conduct or worlds most amazing videos. But I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find it on the internet...
It is some cops tryin to drain a flooding highway, and they are pulling trash bags from the highways pipe. And when the cop pulled the last bag out he got sucked into the pipe and under the water and the other cops were tryin to get him up before he drowned...any ideas?

I believe I saw this clip on "I shouldn't be alive".You may want to check the TLC channel as I believe that is where I saw it.Good luck and sorry I could not help more.

i know i didnt see it on that show b/c i never watch that show. But i think it could have def. been shown there also, so I'll go check that out right now. Thank you!

yeah it was pretty cool. It stopping, lol. I was freaking out the whole time. I was really happy when they finally got him out of that dang water!
