One week in mylot..

i know for a fact that it's not 1 cent per post, because there have been times when i've made over 30 cents for like 6 responses, don't worry, it will come around, maybe people aren't rating you as much or they haven't chosen your responses as best yet, because i know that makes a huge difference, and it does start slow at first but once you hit 500 it starts looking better, at least for me it did, and one thing i can tell you for sure, is that no matter how small the site does pay, unlike most other online schemes, and you've been here just a week, don't be disappointed yet, the first week is the toughest and your rating is great, a 9 star is like second best, yes, you won't probably reach payout this month, that's because you started in the middle of the month, it took me the whole of february, half of march and january to get my first payment, so keep up the good work, and just keep doing what you're doing.

Hi I have been here just under a week now. I have 7/8 best responses. 9 star and 335 posts at the time of writing this. I have earnt $4.51 at present. I too am wondering if I am going to get to the minimum amount by payout! To be honest I'm not even sure when I have to reach it by. All I know is payouts are the 15th of every month! Well, unfortunately due to the amount of people coming in here and posting, the amount we can earn each day is going down. But I am still doing OK with this site I feel due to the time I spend in here usually. What I find most helpful for me, is to make sure I stick to the Discussion started, and try to keep my Responses longer than just a sentence or two if I can. But I am not just here for the Money. I personally, am here to make New friends, and have Fun. But the extra $$ we can earn here, even if it is small, is nice too.

When I first joined, my posts were not making much either, but after I had been on two or three weeks, I noticed that the earnings posted for the first couple of weeks had gone up. As if myLot had gone back and checked the quality of my responses and them given me more for them? I hadn't posted but one discussion (which had about 3 responses)so I don't think it was where the extra came from. Perhaps myLot reevaluates new members after a certain length of time or number of posts because they need a "baseline" for the magical algorithem or something? I don't even pretend to understand the system. I read some of your past responses and they did not seem bad, though some were a bit short. Lots of detail seems to be a key factor in earning. Anyway, I hope your earnings increase soon. Good Luck!

Hi wildhorse. I wasn't earning very much when I first joined a month ago, but then I started making sure that my responses and discussions were well thought out and more than just a sentence or two long, and my earnings went up. Just recently, another member started a discussion where they said that by making sure you add tags to each discussion you make and each one you respond to that you earn more money. Not a whole lot but it soon adds up. I have one referral that's not active, but I spend a lot of my free time here and I've made over $30 for this month already so I know it can be done. Definitely. Hang in there and keep posting!

I'm a happy go lucky person and I can't run as fast as the super wildhorse. I'm still at the back(228) after one month, you are far infront (308)for only one week. I'm (80) falling behind you. Further more, yoor rating is 9 with a red star but mine is 8 of a yellow star and still one point behind you. Don't be mistaken for I'm not having any disappointment and jealousy for your achievement, instead I admire you and will like to congrate you for the second time and waiting for the third time also:)LOL! You will have more fun and being happy as well as not to be disapoointed if you can ignore the word "MONEY" in mylot. Mylot is not a good site to make money but is good community for us to know new friends, to share ideas, to exchange informations and knowledge etc. I've share this opinion to many members of mylot. How do you think? Wish you will proceed with vitality and being happy in mylot community forever.

You are doing good :) and yes i was making 1c a post in my first few days too, I'm not calculating it now but I think it's between 2c and 3c a post, so just keep posting quality and the money will come your way, I can see you already made it to a star of 10, all your posts must be of quality if you got that high too soon :) earnings will be the next thing to go up if you will have some patience and not give up on mylot :)

oh,you work well,and i have joined in mylot for about three months,and have less than 600 posts,and no one refer,but a little earning.lol...but it is not true that one post will get 1 cent.if your post quality is good or if your response is longer than 5 lines,you can get 3-5 cents for one .to try your best to do it better,lol...

well dear you definitely are doing a great job, and surely your earnings will increase with time, its damn true, and dont be disappointed by the small amount of money,. because everyone has to work hard to earn this small amount and u must be knowing that all that glitters is not gold, so make a ocean, drop by drop and dont fear to work hard, which is the key to success. just keep it up and keep going on and on.

I think you are doing very well in this week, you have on average 50 posts everyday and you get a rating of 10, that mean your posts are of good quality. For a member without active referrals like me, you have to work hard on your own, hopefully if you can have 100 posts everyday , you may earn $1 ,and you will meet the minimum payout next month, and mylot will pay you in 15th May if you meet $10 payout before April( 100% according from your trend) Not far awaym you will have 500 posts and you can copy and paste when you need, so you may post some long article and save you alot of time.. anyway ,good luck.

I think you're doing great! and 365 posts in a week is pretty good. I 'joined 2 days ago and don't have too many yet, but I have been posting and will just have to wait and see where I am at the end of my first week. LOL I earned 40 cents my first day though, so I didn't think that was too bad for around 20 posts..I'll know more how I'm doing when my earnings update today! Cant wait til I get to 500 posts and can paste stuff..that will make life a lot easier LOL
