what has your partner taught you?

He has taught me to lighten up and not worry so much. He's taught to me to be funny and have more fun. He's taught me to go after what you want. He's taught me that money isn't everything, but it sure makes life a lot more fun! He's shown me stability and what a good friend is. He's shown me it's okay to get mad and express it and then you're done with it. He's shown me taking risks is a good thing. I'm sure there's more, but this is what comes to mind first.

I have learned a lot. I learned to appreciate calmari and the tradiion of the fish on Christmas eve. And of course a few Italian swear words.

My hubby is quite the computer wiz, and he's thought me a few things about pc. Before i was just a beginner with the whole internet thing. I knew how to turn on my pc, log into msn, chat with my friends and send emails. Now i can install and/or remove programs, configure my pc games (resolution, etc.)download music, make cds, dvds, scan my pc, and so on. For some of you, this is still pretty basic, but i had no idea how to do that before! He's also taught me a few cooking tricks, for he's a chef. He's taught me a bit of portuguese, his mother tongue. And most importantly, this isn't a skill, but...he's taught me that true love does exist! :)

My wife has taught me many things. She taught me to be patient and to help others when they need help. She also taught me to control my temper and to enjoy spicy food. My wife has had a very positive effect on me. She has changed me for the better.
