Don't forget understanding, trust, consideration, compassion and when you list "communication", the emphasis must point to an ability to "hear" what is being communicated and not just listen or "speak over" the other person! Problem solving is a skill which unfortunately is not possessed by to many young people, as it requires life learning skills as it is not "taught" as a subject in school, much the pity!
