Questions in a job interview vary from one job to another. It depends on what kind of job or company you are applying for. When I was in college, we tackled on that subject in our Business English class. I've been into lots of job interviews already and there are common questions. How about you, can you share your experiences in your job interviews?

these are only few questions i always heard during interviews: 1.What are your skills and talents? 2.What do you think is your edge to any other applicants here? 3.If i hired you, what are the things you want to contibute to this company?

My favorite question from them is if I have questions for them too. It's not only how they will benefit from my services but also how much I can get in return for my efforts and how comfortable the job condition is.

Like you said, it really depends on the type of job. Most places ask things along the lines of "What are you going to do make this company a better place?" or "What kind of impact would you make on the company if you are an employee?" Things like that. Questions no one cares about or wants to answer, basically, haha.
