Relocating, Moving, Change of Lifestyle

I'm 41 and hubby is 45. We have two daughters, 21 and 17. The eldest will be moving out in a month. The 17 yr old has one year left of high school. I have a great job but it's temporary. My husband is a trucker. We've lived in the same place our entire lives. We're feeling like we need a change. Is this crazy? We have family 3 hours from where we live now. We could make a lot of profit on our house and plan to get my husband out of trucking and doing what he wants to. Start a landscaping business. I can find a job pretty easily in the area but if we had no mortgage, I could be pretty choosy. I'm worried about making friends, liking living there....there are many advantages - larger city (we live in hickville), better weather, etc. etc. Can this become a reality? We've just never done anything like this before.

Making a big change is always scary. Just make sure you do your research and then go for it! You never know until you try. I would rather try and fail than always wonder if I could have been sucessful at something but did not muster up the courage to take the chance. Best wishes to you!
