Bomb or Hostage?

If you were fighting in Iraq and you had a bomb and you were overtaken by some insurgents..would you detonate yourself or take your chances with becoming a hostage and possibly being beheaded?

I've watched some of those beheading videos...I am thinking even just the thought of getting to blow ONE of them up with me, would satisfy me enough to go ahead and detonate my poor self...heh...then again in the ehat of the moment who knows, might feel optimistic and lucky that day
