out of all the things we need to remember to do everyday lotion is one sometimes i forget but i do try to use it everyday, what kind do you use, or do you not use it at all! I like aveno!
I use lotion every day. One for the feet, body & face. Our climate is most of the time hot and we are exposed to sun everyday. One has to use lotion to protect ones skin from drying up and from exposure to too much sun.
