How many children do you wish to raise?

Today an increasing amount of couples is chosing to give birth to only one child, because of the necessary expenses of time and money. I have 2 sisters, and I believe having siblings to be a very rich experience. You learn a lot about sharing, and you create bonds you can´t get from anyone else. I wish I could have a lot of children, but I´m afraid it won´t be possible. But I still think 1 is too little. How many children do you believe to be ideal?

One child is good but for me, three children will be better. I know that nowadays, it's already hard to raise a child because it entails a lot of money, time and effort, but I just can't imagine myself having only one child. Somehow, i want him or her to have siblings because somehow, siblings are the second people that your child can ask help from especially if I, as parent, will become old or even no longer be here on Earth. What I'm gonna do to at least not to have more expenses is have a child one at a time. Say for example, if i'm gonna have my eldest, I'll follow another child when the eldest turns to 4 or 5 years old. I'll put a gap so that it won't be too hard for me to take care of them. At least the other one is a little bigger already, right? :)
