Do you always cover your children in sunscreen?

It's nice and warm where we live and the UV index was an high 8 for today. I took my little ones to the park for just one hour but I forgot the sunscreen. I almost always remember to put sunscreen on them if we plan to be outdoors for my than 15 minutes. Do you always cover your children in sunscreen for outdoor play? I also make my little ones wear sunhats and sometimes sunglasses!!

i always put sunscreen on my children when it is very warm out. if they are swimming i will put it on them a couple of times.
