when is the right time to get married?

i'm in my late twenties already and quite sad coz my bf doesn't have any plans of getting married as of now, he's in his early thirties and would want to concentrate more on his career. i have no problem with that... its just that i'm not getting any younger ang i want to have kids

The right time to get married is when BOTH people are ready. There is no since marrying someone that is not ready or it will only cause resentment later. You should discuss with him the having children issue. It will depend on how much he means to you because there may come a day that you have to choose between having children and staying with him. Either way, I wish you both the best !
