Do you listen to current news and events from the radio every morning?

Every morning at home, my Dad switches on the radio usually at 7:00am. He likes to listen to current news and events from the radio every morning. He'll even turn the volume quite louder so that he can still hear it while he's taking a shower. Sometimes, it annoys me because the radio is quite loud and I still wanna sleep. Do you also have this habit every morning?:)

When I get up in the mornings it is crazy around my house. Trying to get three girls dressed and ready and myself is not a lot of fun. So I don't even think about turning on the TV or radio. On the way to and from school, the girls alternate choosing songs on the radio. It makes the ride much more bearable. My mother usually comes to my house between 9 and 10 and updates me on what's happening in the news. I also like to watch Fox News after the girls are in bed.

It was when i was in school my father had the habit to hear radio news.We had a good panasonic radio.But things have changed a lot and he now listen to BBC early morning before his walking and then an 8 clock news for local news.Only we tune into FM Radio to listen songs nowadays.

I usually don't listen to radio. My mom and dad also like to listen to radio. It's like their habit. But they don't keep the voice loud, so it does not disturb any body.
For current news and events I go to the internet. For music also I don't use the radio, because the quality of the sound is not good.

I don't. I get my daily dosage of news from the papers which I subscribe to. On the Internet, I also grab those news in my RSS reader. ;-)

I think most of the Filipinos do enjoy listening to the radio especially on the AM band in the morning because we want the news more fresh and more latest unlike in the newspaper and on the internet.

Its very hard to find a time to listen to radio of TV in the morning beacause I've got to travel a lot for my workplace. But I accompany a morning capsule to know about the world happenings so that i can read it while travelling.
