Has anyone ever heard of LPC ( Low pay card) ??

I received a approval letter in the mail today for a credit card from www.lowpaycard.com they credit card is one of those you can only use to shop at there catalog store I checked out there store and they have some nice items that I would be interested in however you can not see the prices on any of these items until you activate your card I was wondering if anyone has this card or has use one before that could give me some advice on weather it is worth activating Thanks
