It happened just a few minutes ago, I use Avast anti-virus protection, it flashed a screen informing that my virus defination is out-of-date and newer versions are available.
Now my Question is where do all these new viruses comes from
and nextly how come every anti-virus company comes up with the solution with lightning speed?
Can please anyone come up with a logically sound answer for
this quary....?

Viruses come from hackers and other people that just want to sit back and make peoples lives bad by messing up peoples computers. Anti Virus companies get updates for lots of viruses fast because normally people will notify big security firms. Then these firms will notify the companies that make Anti Virus programs and then they'll make new virus definitions that will detect and remove then. That's about as simple as I can explain it. I hope that makes sense and sheds a little light on that topic for you. :)

Your welcome. If there is anything other specific questions relating to this I'd be happy to help answer them as well.

This is market strategy. It is the anti virus firms themseleves, mostly who create viruses and once they infect our systems they provide us with solutions that they already made for the virus. This makes us pay for it. They earn and we pay, not for their viruses or solutions but for their strategic minds who could think of creating a demand for their supplied virus protection. Great minds

That's a very good question and I'll be very interested in seeing responses from programmers or anyone who actually knows this. I sure don't! :)
