I LOVE salsa and I'd love to start making different kinds myself. Do you guys have a favorite kind or recipe that you can share? Thanks!!!

I have made salsa before but it is very easy to do without a recipe! Take a few tomatoes, some chopped onion, your choice of hot pepper (remember the seeds make them so much hotter!) cilantro, a little minced garlic, and you can even add canned black beans or corn for a southwest twist. Mix this all together and serve. It will be completely fresh and chunky. You can also take a can of canned tomatoes and add that to, completely drained and then add your veggies and spices to that, to give it more of a restaurant/ store type effect. Good luck!

Here is a common salsa down here is Pico de Gallo (Rooster´s Beak, don´t ask me why!)Anyway, it is a fresh salsa that is absolutely fantastic with nachos. Pico de Gallo 3 large tomatoes, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 small jalepeño chile, minced (you can use as much or as little as you wish) 1 T. fresh mint, minced 1 T. fresh cilantro, minced Toss all ingredients together and serve with nachos. You can add a squeeze of lemon if you like.
