Step two on my road to selling mineral make up has been completed....yaay! Now I am going to work my butt off getting the website ready, which means new domain registration and web design.
Since I am in classrooms all this week I will not be getting started on step 3 until Friday night, but this gives me time to decide how to begin actual sales. My instinct says to start with sales of the sample kits so that ladies have a chance to try things out, then do drop shipping of full sized sizes of those specific sample kits. This should keep costs low for customers.
I will be looking for the phase two items while setting all this up. Phase two will be ingredients used in some of the most popular, but natural, skincare products with recipes for blending included with the ingredients. This phase will include products as milds as essential oil blends for specific skincare goals along with more specialized ingredients like DMAE.
My plan is to use Paypal as the payment processing system.
Just thought I woul dlet those who are interested, know what is going on these days. I will be online more next week but as I said, this week I working a classroom with autistic middle schoolers. It is too interesting to pass up and I need all the seed money I can make for my new venture!

Good news. I for one have been wanting to try mineral makeup and haven't yet. So, let me know when you get the site up and running. I think the idea of sample kits is great, that way the consumer gets a better feel for a variety of products. You have been really busy. I've missed seeing you here and on AC. I think it's really special that you are teaching a class of autistic children. Bless you for that. So, keep us posted on the new venture. Blessings.

That is wonderful. You must be so excited. Are you going to be selling essential oils and carriers etc also? I think most people use paypal these days anyway. I will anxiously await more news of your progress. Again, congradulations!

I wish I knew what you are talking about half the time SageMother. LOL. I get that you're setting up an on-line business but I'm not sure what you're selling or what the procedures you mention are.
Just know that I feel your excitement and wish you well. You'll need to take such good care of yourself. I worry that you try to do too much.
