help me find referrals...

I have no referrals yet... Can anybody please tell me where can I find people, aside from my friends, who I can refer to this site? How much will I earn from each referral? Should my referrals be actively posting here first before I get to earn from them or I will automatically earn fro them from their membership alone?

don't worry, friend. you'll get referrals soon enough. though getting referrals is not easy but don't lose hope. you can try posting about mylot in websites that allow it. i saw two responses here and they gave two sites that may be useful (i haven't checked them out yet). check them out they might be the answer you need.
