Do you try to stay away from fried foods since they aren't very good for you? How often do you eat fried foods? I do try to stay away from anything fried. One thing that is hard for me to resist is french fries! That's probably the one fried food that I will eat.

i have tried baking the fries but it won't be as yummy as from fried french fries. though i tried to make cooking from steam or grill or baking to minimize fats from frying oil used. i just see to it when i will fry my chicken or pork chop or fish i will drain excess oil properly with paper towel . maximize cooking without the use of oil for a healthy body and specially our heart!

I don't eat fried food anymore. We started eating much healthier almost a year ago. We stopped eating junk foods which used to be a big part of our diet. After being away from it for awhile you don't really miss it.

I do try to stay away from deep fried food although they taste yummy. I eat fried food maybe about once a week. I cook most of the time and I do not like to deep fry as it uses a lot of oil and the whole house would have that lingering oily smell.

I try to limit my intake of deep fried foods like fried chicken, nuggets, fish, etc.. However, I do eat foods that are stirfried especially vegetables. Most of the time I will cook the ingredients in soup whether it is pork, fish and vegetables. I don't try to avoid deep fried foods altogether but just allow myself the treat of eating them occasionally so that I don't deprived, lol.

I like fried food, but for me they're not the easiest thing to prepare so I tend to stick with healthy easy to make food!

I try to stay away from fried foods as much as I can. There's a history of heart disease in my family along with high cholestrol. I have several strikes against me.

now that I am on a weight loss program, I do try my best to avoid fried foods..The foods I use to fry like chicken and fish I put them now on a broiler so I will not have to use any oil, but If I can't avoid it I used vegetable oil. I love french fries too but sadly I have to bid it goodbye for a moment. :(
