Federal Funds Effective Rate II

The orginal Federal Funds Effective Rate projection I posted was actually for about 5 years instead of 1 year. There was an error in the software that reads in the data. This is the correct chart for the 1 year projection of trend and trading range.
What do you think? Is this a reasonable projection?
