Here is the picture of my tattoo. I promised to upload one when my camera came. So here it is, it needs some filling in. Feel free to show me pictures of your tattoos! It is a chinese symbol but I am not going to tell you what it means. It is a name of one of my favorite songs...

That is a great Tattoo. I always wondered. Does it hurt to get one? I have always wanted to get one with a chinese symbol for like peace or love. I don't have one yet.

Yes, as with anything dealing with needles, it does hurt! It hurts even more around a bone. Mine is on my lower back, so it was right on my spine and man did it hurt! It was pretty fast though so it wasn't so bad. If you stick with one color it is over faster! Also, try popping 800mg of ibuprophen before going and this will help a little. Whatever you do don't drink before the tattoo, it makes you bleed more! Good Luck!

I agree with you pw, any tattoo that you right on a bone hurts. I have 6 and my worst two were the one on my ankle, and the one on my chest. The one on my chest was right on the bone and it hurt but it's one of my favourite ones!

Did it hurt to do? I don't have any tats. So, that symbol is a song? Give a hint, pretty please. :) Thanks for sharing it with us.

Oh yes it hurt! It is a song of my favorite band. I really don't want to let most people know what it means for fear that it will be taken out of context.

You are certainly putting your new camera to good use and the pictures are very clear. The tattoo looks great, though at my age, I am not really into tattoos as I think they would look at bit silly on me. If you are not going to tell us what it means I will have to ask one of my chinese friends. Now you have me guessing...lol.

That looks lovely hun, a nice clean simple design too. I'm not going to hazard a guess as to what the character means though.

I do want some more but they are so expensive! I usually just end up going with a piercing instead because I can afford them.

Hi Princeworthy,
I like your tattoo, very nice! I have no clue what it means though lol.
How many do you have now? I have 6 and since having my daughter I have slowed down as they are expensive but I want my next one to be of a bear with a rose and have my daughters name and birth date on it! Hope all is well with you!
