Job problems

My husband workes at a school and was falsely accuse of starring at a girl the wrong way......should he quit.......keep in mind that he's been their for 3 years and never any problems

I don't thik he should quit, unless he suddenly feels like the job has soured and he has prospects elsewhere. Did the girl have a personal grudge against him, or any reason she should want to cause trouble for him? And are the school adminstrators more likely to trust your husband or the girl?
