How do remember all the passwords for the sites you have joined.

Iam getting confused how to remember all the passwords for the sites that i have joined.
I usually write all my passwords but sometimes i forget to do it.
Can anybody give me a good suggestion on how to remember passwords.

I use the same password for everything I join,that way I don't get confused and can't forget it
