Yes this is true, i believ there are other factors that contribute but diet and excise and the main factors in type 2 diabetes which i have experience with viz a pharmacy assistant course and my dad was also diagnosed with the disorder for the same reasons as you described. I think we need to listen and all try harder to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy any indulgences in moderation.

There are many factors which lead to diabetic condition. A doctor can give much more better idea about the illness as a matter of fact, but I just like to share whatever I know with you. Since diabetes is irregular or excessive blood sugar content in the blood, the factors which lead to this illness is the excess intake of sugar, carbohydrates than normally metabolised by our body, stress,tension etc. One type of diabetes is genetic.
