I wouldn't say I get road rage as such but I do find I get a bit cross with people when they do silly things like pull out in front of me without indicating, or being cut up on the main road. I try to stay as calm and focused as possible, no point in being another driving statistic :-)

I think most people get cross at erratic behaviour by others on the road, its just knowing when not to step over the boundary from cross to anger, as anger does make concentration more difficult.

No when im driving i try to calm myself because i have to consentrate on my driving and on the road. It is important to have a clear set of mind while driving.

Calm is definately best, however you have to hope that most of the other drivers do the same.
