I work in a retail store doing sales. I have been there for a year, it is a small store and was hired as a part ime employee along with another girl to work 7 days a week. My only stipulation was that I needed every Sunday off, a slow day anyway to pick my son up from his father's weekend visits, he lives 2 hours away we meet half way. The store is seasonal and closed before Christmas and opened up Feb 1. The other part time girl quit in Jan leaving quite a mess. I went in not getting paid and got it all straigtened out. The owners recently hired what I thought was a new part timer and I was just informed that they only wanted 1 full time employee and someone to fill in. If I wanted the full time position I needed to work every weekend. I feel really betrayed by these people I felt loyality to them and stayed with a lay off to go back and help them in their busy season trained the new girl and then this. What do I do?

Emnployment have their tiring moments, I also share some of your experience with employment that is why I descided to go entrepreneur, well you might think getting in to business needs a lot of money and time and talent, tell you what you only need your self and dedication to a passion you may have, I can introduce you to a business that requires just a little capital investment and you can work on and off the net, Should you be interested send me a message. God Bless
