First thing that you do when you get up in the morning?

The first thing by this i mean on the bed itself, immediately after you open up your eyes.

The first thing I do is look over at my mother in her hospital bed, and check to see if her chest is rising up and down, and then I lay in BED and close my eyes and say a prayer that she is still with me for another night.
