is she to old?

I personally believe that everybody should wait until there thirties to have kids. There would be a lot less irresponsible parents out the if everybody waited until they grew up. As far as the age thing well, my wife is twelve years older than I am and were just fine.

AS far as I know women in late 30 has higher risk of having a baby with birth defects. But My friend had her first baby when she was 39 and the baby is healthy. Of course she had to do more test then I was when I was having my first baby (I was 27 then)but I think it wort a try. If your brother and his girl friend would like to have a baby they should do it sooner rather than later.

I dont think she's too old for him,when your brother is 34 she'll be 45 and i think the age wont matter anymore. There's always a risk having a baby wth birth defects,it doesnt matter how old you are.But having a baby at 36 or 37 years isnt that bad,i think the risk is small to have a baby with birth defects.

There is no medical studies that would support that a woman at 36 cannot have a normal healthy child...I dont think you have anything to worry about...women have normal healthy children well into their 40s...
