Am I the only one who notice it???

When I scroll for topics that I want to respond, I would often notice that there are many questions/ querries that are posted as topics which are repititions / revisions of topics that were already been posted before. Don't you notice that or am I the only one who see it here. What do you feel about it??? Will there be a way to avoid this kind of revised / repeated topics ? It is sometimes too tiring to see repeated questions. Do you still respond to a similar or revised topic that you had already responded before?

Yes this is true. I don't know how many times I have seen What's your favourite colour? The problem is also with the Mylot search function. Sometimes I do a search on a topic and nothing comes up, but after posting I realize the topic or a very similar one was posted before.

Yes, I notice that newbies would tend to ask questions about myLot which if they will just read to previously posted topics...their questions had been answered before. Other myLotters just revise the topics that were already posted. It's very seldom that I could see topics / discussions that are original.

I can understand your annoyance and I agree with you that there are too many repetitions of topics. One of my family members posted a topic last week and one of the members who is on their friends list responded to the topic and then posted a simialr one. This wasn't an error, it was a copycat post. She had just responded to the topic a couple of minutes erlier so she couldn't have forgotten about it so soon. I would say that this is happening quite often.

People do not read the rules. Therefore, they don't know that they're supposed to read everything before posting. If people did this we'd all be making a lot more money. :P It is annoying, and I understand your frustrations.

I guess many are posting similar / revised questions just to have more earnings here. Its just too frustrating really...

Yes I do respond to them once in a while as long as they didn't steal the whole discussion from other mylot-ers...it doesn't really bother me. Because there are many people that joined mylot so there are always possibilities that they share the same thing in mind. And they are many new comers too....so, I don't think you have to answer repeated topics if you don't want to and give others a chance....
