For me it's a toss up between Pulp Fiction and Amadeus. Pulp Fictions just kind've grabs you with the dialogue and is funny, cool, hip and just plain keeps you guessing. Amadeus is a great movie with awesome music, surperior acting elaborate sets and costumes and is just clever and entertaining. Those are my choices, what are yours?

I am a big Rocky fan; and have all of the movies too; Yep including Rocky Balboa; I like Rocky because I like to see someone come from humble beginnings and do good; I admire that. Plus Rocky always have grace and humility when he does stuff and he has grown so tremendously since Rocky 1, so I hear you, I love me some Rocky!!

The Rocky movies are definetly classics, although I could have done without Rocky 5. I've yet to see the new Rocky movie, because I'm just afraid. The first ones definetly rocked (no pun intended)it's amazing how uplifting they were.

sorry, i can't choose only one since there are so many to choose from, among them are: The Godfather 1-3, The Negotiator, Fight Club, Usual Suspects, Pulp Fiction, The Gladiator, Showshank Redemption, Devil's Advocate, Matrix, Star Wars 1-2/4-6, etc. All of them have great storyline / plot, dialogue is superb, and most of those movies, the cinematography was excellent.

Those are all very good movies for many different reason. I have to admit though that I haven't seen 300 yet. I'm pretty much waiting for the DVD for that one, as I've heard some pretty mixed reviews.

I have seen many that I have enjoyed. One of my very favorites was "Gone with the Wind." A true classic. Also "Rebel without a cause."

i like action movies.. so my favorites are mostly actions. i love so close starring shu qi, karen mok and shao wei. i like the combination of drama and action in this film. it's a chinese movie actually and i just watched it with english subtitle. i've seen this movie a lot of times already and i'm not getting tired to watch it all over again! i also love kill bill! and pulp fiction! i think quentin tarantino is really a good film maker. i like his style. i also like bring it on. it's not an action movie but it has a lot of action! i like the cheerdances in the movie! i think their cheers and routines are really nice! hehehe i like charlie's aangels too... i like movies that empowers women especially in action movies. i like this because cameron, lucy and drew are funny and cute! i have a lot more favorites. but i think this is enough for now.. hehehe

I haven't seen "so close," I will have to check it out and I agree with about quentin tarantino, he is a great writer/direction. I'm looking forward to seeing grindhouse when it comes out soon. Bring it on was good too, funny. Thanks for your response.

My number one favorite is "Pekka ja Pätkä Suezila". It is a finnish cheaply made comedy from 50´s. It has a naiv intrique, lapstic humor and an old fashioned point of wiev into race and the role of the "white man" and the role of "blackamoes". It is a relaxing film beause it makes me feel so uperior and wise.
