It's been 5 days!

I have only had 3 cigarettes ( in weak moments) over the last 5 days! And the funny thing is my hubby and I thought we'd be killing each other and we're not! I don't know if it's just a mindset, but we're actually in good moods! Everytime I get a bad craving I think about hte money we're saving and read over some of the supportive responses from fellow MyLotters! I just wanted to say that it can be done! I know we're not over the hump yet, but I went to light up at the office today and put it out, I didn't even want it! Anyway, thanks to everyone who has given me postive responses in our effort to quit. I appreciate it!! :)

Soccermom that is great and well done Well I am hoping to be joining you soon. But I have a problem with what I can take to stop. I have been using the patches but they keep falling of so I can't use them. Well done and I hope you will keep it up I am really proud of you and admire your Will Power. Hugs

Try these lozenges, if you use them right they are actually ok! It's like a 12 week program but honestly after the first few days I didn't feel like smoking! You have to be ready and willing to quit, make up your mind to do it! It's only been a little past a week and I already feel better. You can do it gabs! I'm here for ya if ya need me. :)

Awww your doing so great!!! I'm so happy for you hun, your doing something so many have a problem with, and so many more fail, i'm sooo proud of you, you'll never know how much. 5 days soon turns into 10, then on day 13 you might have a really really hard time, as that's looked at as one of the hardest days at all, but i know you can make this. Congrats hunni, keep it up!

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.

Congratulations! That's already an achievement. It's really a good thing whenever there are people who believes in you. That's a very nice mindset, always think about the money. In no time, you'll be totally over it. Good luck! ;)
