went too google.com I was going to downloadthe toolbar!! some one
popt up a note that it was forbiden,Invery large black letters.what could I have done??

Well, I am not exactly sure, but I am wondering whether or not you are trying to access and download this toolbar on a work computer. If you are, then you probably do not have privileges to download and install software from the Internet. It would be a security measure that was put in place by your employer to try to keep people from downloading viruses and trojans not to mention unwanted programs that just take up space and bandwidth on the computer/server and slow down performance.
