well these days laptop have come in trend. i think dell is doing great in india. it has launched really low price laptop n whihc very good configuration. like in 48k u r getting 1gb ram n 100 gb hardisk with windows vista. what else one wnat. but at the same time dell service is a problem in india as they dont have any sevice centre . they have door service which is very costly. at the same time lenovo after taking ibm and Hp r competing closely . they r coming up with similar produst in same price range. so people do share ur experince with ur laptop so that it will help others to buy a rite product

You can argue that I might be biased coz im working for Lenovo.
But the legacy thinkpads are just the best in terms of the feel and the quality.
After all, this is the Adam and Eve of all laptops.

Well what ever offers are going in the market i would suggest u to go to LENOVO. Sony has been leading the Electronics market for a while now and they do give good product. Dell and HP u wont get that kind of Warranty or service which u get on LENOVO.
