Is anybody else excited about what a great year this is going to be for Metal? Here are some bands that have or are going to release new albums in 2007. Feel free to comment and add to this list or tell which ones really interest you:

Oh yeah, I completely forgot to mention the new Megadeth album, United Abominations, that's coming out in the next couple months. I bet it'll be good.

I'm looking forward to Scars On Broadway's debut album which is out around the end of July. I'm interested to see Malakian's songwriting without his previous band. The one album I've been waiting and waiting for though is Metallica which'll be out around September hopefully. Theres some snippets of them on one of their websites which sound promising, Hetfield's vocals included.
