The secret to Happiness

Many people are disillusioned today about what they have, what they want and what is their worth. With so many of these going on no wonder most of us are walking around being sad, unfulfilled and bitter. Unsurprisingly we rub off our own misery on others we meet. Questioning this myself, I realize that the secret of Happiness is actually in ourselves. No matter at what stage in life, where we are, what we are doing, for a start we have to be satisfied with ourselves. A major part of misery is from wanting more from our current situation. Be it money, relationship, health, fun, love...etc. So don't! Stop feeling unhappy about not getting that branded shoe, watch or that cup of designer coffee! Instead make do with what you have and be content. Instead of wanting that branded shoe and having no money to buy it, buy a beautiful knock out with what amount of money you have. Instead of yearning for that special costing a fortune brew of coffee, make yourself one with double dosage and add your favorites in it! Instead of wanting Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie, look at your partner and know that he or she will be beside you thick or thin...Isn't it much better?
